The Warm Audio Stereo DI series delivers premium two-channel direct boxes for keyboards, synths, modelers, and stereo pedalboards. Available in active and passive versions, both models feature custom CineMag transformers, rugged construction, and precise signal control for reliable, noise-free connection to mixers, interfaces, and PA systems.

The Warm Audio Stereo DI series includes active and passive dual-channel direct boxes designed to connect stereo instruments and playback systems to professional audio environments. Ideal for keyboards, synthesizers, guitar processors, stereo pedalboards, and electronic drum modules, these DIs convert instrument-level signals into balanced mic-level outputs that can be sent directly to mic preamps, mixing consoles, or audio interfaces.

At the core of both models are custom-wound CineMag USA transformers, ensuring transparent signal conversion while preserving the tonal character of your instrument. The transformer-balanced outputs provide excellent isolation and consistent performance across a wide frequency range, making them equally suited for studio recording, live sound, and touring applications.

A continuously variable pad from –3 dB to –30 dB allows precise control of incoming signal levels, helping prevent overload when connecting high-output instruments or playback rigs. Each channel also includes a ground lift switch to eliminate ground-loop noise and ensure clean, hum-free operation in complex stage or studio setups.

The Active Stereo DI adds selectable active circuitry on each channel to provide additional headroom and improved performance with lower-output instruments such as passive keyboards, vintage synths, or complex stereo pedal chains. It can be powered by 48V phantom power, while sfor allowing passive operation when needed.

The Passive Stereo DI, on the other hand, relies on transformer-based signal conversion and is ideal for high-output sources such as drum machines, modelers, laptop playback rigs, or line-level signals feeding front-of-house consoles or recording systems.
