Why is re-registration needed?
Why is re-registration needed?
Re-registration is required in cases where the original proof of purchase is not available — for example, if the product was bought second-hand from a private seller.
For warranty claims with AlphaTheta (formerly Pioneer DJ), a product must either:
- Be supported by the original proof of purchase, or
- Be officially registered to the current owner in the system
If neither is available, a warranty claim cannot be approved.
